Sweden's SBB plans IPO for Sveafastigheter, DI reports citing sources

OSLO, Sept 3 (Reuters) - Swedish real estate group SBB
 SBBb.ST  will in the near future announce an intention to list
subsidiary Sveafastigheter on the stock market, Swedish business
daily DI reported on Tuesday, citing anonymous sources.
    SBB, which is undergoing a multi-year restructuring to rid
itself of debt, last year said it was gathering residential
assets in Sveafastigheter with a future plan to seek external
shareholders.
    The company declined to comment on the plan to list
Sveafastigheter, DI reported.
    SBB did not immediately respond to a request for comment
when contacted by Reuters.
